Auto Nena Still is an authorized dealer and service center in Serbia for Peugeot cars. With a focus on nurturing relationships with traditionally loyal Peugeot customers and establishing new long-term relationships, the company offers a wide range of services including a showroom for new cars, servicing, spare parts shop and a used cars center.
Client website
The website has been completely redesigned and filled with new content. An add-on was developed to integrate the API system with the website Polovni Automobili. Consequently, all data related to the current selection at Auto Nena Still is now retrieved from that site.
In order to enhance communication with customers, a CRM application has been developed that is fully tailored to Auto Nena's business policies. The application enables data collection, data filtering, and utilization of data in business communication and operations. It is integrated with the existing ERP system, allowing for data import and export.
